Delay in the Inauguration of 37th International Trade Fair

There will be a short delay in the 37th  International Trade Fair due to the incomplete preparations. On Tuesday morning International Trade Fair will be inaugurated by the President Ramnath Kovind. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu will preside over the function. The President will not be able to visit the fair because till Monday no pavilion or hall was in the situation to be observed in the morning.

Moreover, this time the trade fair has been kept for only four days for the business visitors. The visitors of the Trade Fair will not be getting the tickets at the entrance and neither at the Pragati Maidan Metro Station

Sale for the tickets has been started on other metro stations. For trading days, tickets will be available on 42 metro stations from Tuesday. Only 60,000 people can visit the fair daily. Online ticket sales have begun from November 10.
According to ITPO, around 24 countries are participating in the fair. Foreign representatives are also coming from 67 countries. Over 285 foreign companies are also coming.

China is also taking part in the fair, but this time Pakistan is not coming. Apart from this, many big countries, including Hong Kong, UAE, Thailand, and Sri Lanka etc. are also participating in the fair. Due to some construction work, there is a lack of space in the fair. So this time there will be no defense pavilion.
