Two teachers and the owner of a coaching center were allegedly arrested for leaking class 12 Economics question paper. The incident took place in Bawana school which is a CBSE exam centre. The school principal was questioned by the Delhi Police on Monday after which the principal told the police that 15 CCTV cameras in the school were not working on the day of the incident.

  • Upon questioning, it was revealed that the leaked question paper reached the Bhavana school exam centre two hours before the Economics test on March 26. This act is considered as a gross violation of protocol. According to the protocol, the CBSE Officials carry the question paper to the exam centre which are stored at government banks a day before the exam and the seal is broken only after the students are seated in the examination hall.

Not just this, the teachers revealed that they have had asked their students to reach the exam centre of Bawana school two hours before the exam and take pictures of the question paper from them. They even helped the students in solving the questions that could help them pass the exam. Finally, they help students reach the centre through a bus.

The CBSE official, K S Rana was responsible for supervision of the question paper was suspended for his negligence in supervision on Sunday.
