Trying to Make the Society Mosquito Free, End Up With Fumigation, a Delhi Corporator

Since Tuesday, Delhi’s air quality was getting bad to worse, as the toxic smog was rising day by day. To control the pollution level, the government had decided to close all the schools till Sunday and a further decision will be taken after an assessment of air quality. The government has decided to kick off the odd-even scheme in the city for five days from November 13 to 17.

We all know that the capital is suffering from the contaminated air and the government is also trying to reduce the pollution levels, but a BJP corporator from east Delhi suddenly decided to reduce the mosquito menace in his area by fumigation.

A resident of Samachar Apartments in Mayur Vihar stated that, when he went down to stroll with his dog he can feel an abnormal smell and heaviness in the air, the society was surrounded by toxic air. Children who came out to play were seen coughing and rubbing the eyes.

Every member of the society was unaware about the corporator Bipin Bihari’s plan and now every resident felt that a strict action must be taken against him for polluting the air.

When the society members tried to contact, Bipin Bihari, he said he did it as the people were complaining about mosquitoes and disconnected the phone.
