According to the police report on Sunday, a shameless crime has been spotted in Delhi, where ten persons allegedly tortured two minors and also forced them to assault each other sexually and they also filmed this crime. This incident took place in west Delhi and two accused has been arrested by the police.
According to the Indian Penal Code for unnatural sex and other offenses as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, an FIR has been lodged against all the 10 persons and two of them has been arrested late Saturday night, Delhi Police Special Commissioner and Chief PRO Dependra Pathak said.
The crime took place on October 26 in Rohini but this crime came into lights on Saturday, when the victim’s families approached the police after their recorded video went viral on social media platform by the accused.
Police said, the age of the boys was 13 and 15, and they are good friends and live with their families in the Metro Vihar area in Holambi Kalan.
Accused, Kanwar Singh, suspected one of the boys of involvement in theft at his own residence and held him hostage.
After interrogating police came to know that, he was brutally beaten up by leather belts and when he did not admit to the theft, the accused also called his friend then they tortured them for five hours and later forced them to strip.
A senior police officer said that the boys were forced to perform sexual acts on each other and they filmed the whole sexual act, then they threatened them with uploading of the clip on the Internet. They tortured them to such an extent that they even put petrol and chilli powder on their private parts and burnt them with cigarettes.
Currently, they boys are in critical condition and had since been admitted at Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini.
