World Culture Festival

World Culture Festival of The Art of Living (AOL) was held in March 2016. The foundation is known for being volunteer based, humanitarian, educational based non-government organization (NGO) which was founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981. The people from this foundation helps people engaged in self-management. They have globally touched the lives of 370 million people and brought a positive change in them. The Art of living has changed the attitudes and lives of thousands of people.

This festival accounts for the celebration of 35th anniversary of Art of Living foundation (AOL). The sole and the only purpose of this event is to celebrate the diversity in cultures all around the world. Other than this, the aim was to highlight our unity as a human family as well. The message conveyed by the Art of Living Festival 2016 was organized on the side of foundation is that we can all co-exist with our differences but we can all love each other with our differences.

155 countries will be sending their artists to take part in this event. Also, almost 40 types of instruments are going to be played all on the banks of this holy river Yamuna, Delhi. 650 drummers from South Africa and 8,000 musicians from musical symphony are also taking part in this global event. All this made it the biggest cultural festivals in the world. This delivers the message of unity in diversity and the talent from each corner of the world.

The event World Culture Festival was so successful that it is the greatest example of how culture and diversity can serve the needs of mankind. As, people from all over the world were seen attending this event and believe that India is spreading the values and message of love and peace again through this foundation “The Art of Living”.
